Expanding your family is a beautiful and joyous experience, but it is also a lot harder than anyone warned you.  You might be experiencing isolation, fear, or disenchantment.  You may see extreme behaviors, hurtful words, and inconsolable episodes from your children.

Whether you have decades of experience, or this is your first child, everyone can benefit from some support.

Join us for an ongoing support group for caretakers of foster or adopted children.  Find a community that understands what you are facing, experience the freedom to release some of your struggles on supportive shoulders, and learn skills to cope with unique children and family situations.

Individual Interview- Interested participants will first meet with Madison for an individual interview in order to assess needs. Madison is under supervision of Dr. Linda Homeyer, LPC-S, RPT-S, Door of Hope Director.  To schedule an interview, contact Door of Hope Counseling at 830-632-5039.
